it was a paypal "pay later invoice" thing were they take 10% deposit and the full amounts are sort of pre-cleared though not quite sure how that works exactly. The money was taken from my credit card in full and then returned a few days later. I think its to check you have the money to pay for it when they arrive.
This was 6 weeks ago, the items are in stock at other dealers but this guy wont reply to emails and still lists them as on pre order.
On another forum he has a thread which i wished i had seen first where there are customers complaining about no response to emails and or extremely slow shipping. So I am concerned.
If i cancel i lose my deposits of about US$25 each and not quite sure about the paypal pre-clearance system.I dont want to be vulnerable to getting the full amounts charged against my account and having no grounds to dispute.
What do I do ? any suggestions
