The cape need to sit vertically against her neck.

I know , I pointed out that fact a few pages back. I assume that one end of the strap is attached to the cape, so turning the cape would give you more slack to bring the strap around her ( very full figured ) body.

Not that I mind the final look, but I guess I haven't kept up, was the face revised? I'll see Thursday when mine arrives, maybe I just wasn't keeping my eyes high enough when looking at the original pics.
