Some weathering and that looks very good for the price. Hopefully these will be more widely available before they become impossible to get. The pre-orders sold out kinda quickly, and I know a few people who missed out. I'm still on the fence myself.

For that price it dont really have much cons(imo). But twist my arm: the visor is a bit over sized...same with the ears. Could also be better with a bit of weathering. The way I see it my efx is a replica of the prop while the hasbro is more the way it came across on screen. Tbh I think it is an exceptional helmet. For that price it is a must buy.

I'm wondering... During the Zbrush Summit they mentioned that the sample helmet's finish was vacuum metalized. Can you tell if this is still the case with the final production helmet? Either way, at least from the pics, it's turned out better than I'd hoped! Thanks again

I bought the entire set but you can get just the stand. Not the cheapest but looks great on display.

This shop on etzy is cheap, with quality work, and can design and make any stand to your specifications and needs:

Needed a stand for BS Vader, but wanted the dome to hang above the mask, not behind it like most stands of that kind, and also wanted to reduce the display's footprint. Asked mike to make the dome's pole curved. The result is awesome, Here is a pic of work in process, and final display:

That is an ingenious idea to display the TBS Vader helm! Kinda reminds me of the 1/4 scale HT Vader helmet display.
