Is this a fairly good statue? Considering it, just feel bummed that they never made more. A Jade would have been perfect!

Sorry for bumping an old thread...
I was inspecting my Kitana and noticed that some of the paint seems to have flaked almost.
Sorry for a sort of unflattering image x (
She's spent her entire existence behind glass in a climate controlled environment, no windows in the room. She does have an LED light above her, but I don't think that would do anything...
Is it possible that it just came like this and I didn't notice? Or is it something I am doing wrong? Just trying to figure out so if it is something I'm doing wrong I can correct it.
Edit: I'm also having a tough time getting it into it's base... Anyone else having issues with that?
