You can't unless you private commission him but it isn't sure if he accept. It will cost you around 2000$ though.

Yeah its going to be very difficult to get that HS unless you start throwing Money around.

You can try creating a WTB thread and you never know someone might contact you. Just be prepared to pay big money for it.

Indeed just for the head but Adam only sells head.
If he wants the full Kato outfit he will have to shell 2k on top of the head.

This late in the game its a steal.
