Just not too sure about the armour and angry face is pretty ugly.

Shi needs a version with a bow (...hmmm or a lightsaber).

Now we’ll apply some science!

Let’s begin by stating the simple purpose of plate armor—to deflect blows from weaponry. Assuming that you are avoiding the blow of a sword, your armor should be designed so that the blade glances off your body, away from your chest. If your armor is breast-shaped, you are in fact increasing the likelihood that a blade blow will slide inward, toward the center of your chest, the very place you are trying to keep safe.

But that’s not all! Let’s say you even fall onto your boob-conscious armor. The divet separating each breast will dig into your chest, doing you injury. It might even break your breastbone. With a strong enough blow to the chest, it could fracture your sternum entirely, destroying your heart and lungs, instantly killing you. It is literally a death trap—you are wearing armor that acts as a perpetual spear directed at some of your most vulnerable body parts. It’s just not smart.

I remember seeing the original Shi a while ago and was tempted! I don't know the character, but I really love the samurai look! I've never ordered a Phicen character, but I've always been weary about ordering rubber after all I've heard about cracking over time with poses and such...is there a risk here with these? I read someone said the skin can get tacky as well if handled too much, but powder helps...I'm guessing it's just rubbed on?

On the plus side I usually don't change poses too often! I'm still on the fence with the figure, but mainly am concerned with the rubber skin over time, so any knowledge or tips from anyone who's had experience with them would be great!

Neither do i, i literally buy a figure, pick a pose, pose it, display it and never touch it again, i can;t be bothered fumbling with it all the time, so breakage ect. really isn't an issue with me.

Got the first edition in the mail today, pretty cool, never bought a Phicen before, veeeerrry different to hot toys. The body is made to emulate real skin and muscle tissue, so its all squashy, like its full of jello, breasts and ass area are ultra soft hahaha and it even has a vajajay, random. Nice figure though, sturdy body, lots of accessories, love the face paint head sculpt, very different to anything else i own visually.
