When they say 30cm or 31cm, are they measuring to the imaginary top of the head? or top of the neck ball joint?
If it's top of the head, 30cm becomes 180cm in full scale - which seams OK. a little taller than average Asian male probably, but I'd buy it.

Going by that picture with the ruler, 28cm is at the top of the neck where the rubber ends. With a head sculpt, it looks like it could end up anywhere between 30-31cm. The average Asian male is between 5'6" and 5'8", which would put their total height with head sculpt about 28.5 cm. Bruce Lee was 5' 7.5", Jackie Chan is 5' 8.5".
