Need Some Sculpting Help

So I have a SSC Indy head and I removed the hat from it and i want the head to have a top rest of the head. My question is what's the best stuff to use to sculpt onto the head to fix it?...I don't want to sculpt hair but rather make the head bald and later add real hair

Help would be greatly appreciated...also I'd like to know what to use to modify my soldier story body

Get some Aves ApoxieSculpt. Fairly easy to use and dries as hard as a rock.

does it stick well to..for example between a leg if i were to cut it in half?
