Need help: long 1/6 neck post

Hey all

I'm working on a custom 1/6 project and since the shirt collar makes the regular TTM18 neck post barely visible I need to find a longer one. Can anybody recommend which figures had the longest necks? Giraffe neck effect is more than welcome.

You'd want the necks used on the SS Joes.

Thanks Evilface! Joes as in G.I.Joes? Are they compatible with TTM18 and painted with skin texture? Need to do some research...

ACI also had some long neck posts a while back. I used one for my Henry Jones Sr.

Just take the one you have and make it longer. Cut it in half, take a styrene or aluminum or brass tube and stick the stubs of the two halves into you measured pre-cut tube. Insert some epoxy first to hold them in place. Voila, instant longer neck.

You can use some blutak and build up the top of the peg making the sculpt sit higher. You can add or subtract accordingly.
