Nope...probably not for another couple of months.

The underside throat area should also be fixed, then. Otherwise it looks like a fish or something.

Perhaps it was better to merge the neck with the head. Put the ball joint at the base of the neck

I don't think so, that's what most alien figures do and it doesn't look so hot IMO. Besides, it affects the range of motion even more.

No, there's no problem with the neck.

The issues were with the shape of the dome and jaw and the paint app under the dome.

From what I've read from NECA, these are the issues they plan to fix on the release of the 7" two pack.
