Don't really know, but I know it's a concern of mine. They cancelled an order of mine because they didn't have enough stock and I ordered when it was still a pre-order. I have Raph pre-ordered through Calendars and I'm not feeling too confident about it. If they aren't able to fill my order I would hope that notified me sooner than later.

Perfect from my experience. They sent me a new Superman head within two days.

I got a Batman from their ebay store and it had a warped thigh. They printed a return label for me and swapped them.
