No, it wouldn't fit. The closed mouth's mandibles aren't completely closed flush to the face. They are in that twitchy pose.

I doubt it; not film accurate anyway. Even when making the film this couldn't be done. There was no face under the masked head that KPH wore. If you look at the Hot Toys P1 they sacrificed the closed mandible sculpt so that the mask could sit flush to the face. Whereas the NECA closed mouth sculpt is alot more accurate and sticks out more etc.
