Well, this thread was 4 pages deep.....figured I'd better get going again

Went on vacation, wife tore MCL = me handling more duties around house........then I got my rear kicked being sick with a horrible sinus infection for week plus.

Back at the diorama yesterday evening and tonight

Glued debris on 2 large sections and began painting them black. Not very exciting to look at, but hey....

I kinda splotch the black paint in areas to 'lock' the pebbles and sand down [they're glued, but will still dislodge], allow that to dry, then precede to paint every inch 100% black. Slow and steady...Slow and steady...

Thanks I'm better, and she's healing slowly but surely. She's been in physical therapy couple times this week. Appears to be improving.

The bricks or the 'rocks'? Neither are plaster, they are styrofoam that I carve to look like each piece.
