Oh, they know they have my money. They said that it was paid through Paypal, which I didn't mention in the initial email that I sent about the problem.

It looks like you were charged in PayPal but (as usual) PayPal did not create an order in our system! That's why you were prompted to pay with a card.

As for the PayPal double payment, we are so very sorry, but PayPal loves to do this to our customers. We show you as 100% cancelled with PayPal in our system, however when you signed up to pay via PayPal, you authorized them to pull money until you cancel your recurring payment WITHIN PayPal, the directions on how to cancel are below:

Log in to PayPal > click the PROFILE button > Go to Payment Settings > Preapproved Payments > Find the Collector Corps Subscription via Funko and cancel it in there!

If you log in and pay with your card within Collector Corps we will absolutely refund that PayPal payment ASAP, we cannot apologize enough for the inconvenience. Please do log into CollectorCorps.com and click "Pay" next to your pending order so you still get Villains!
