Looks like that cheap Hasbro Star Wars Command crap that's flooding the pegs at Toys R'ent Us and Target.

Star Wars meets M.U.S.C.L.E.

That might be right... the keshigomu (gum eraser) is that style of toy. I don't recall seeing Star Wars done in that style, although a lot of other properties have been.
