Someone named Dan Moss just posted a picture of the figure on the One Sixth Republic Facebook page. I don't know where the picture comes from, but he clearly Photoshopped his own face into the picture. And either the person whose head he slapped his own over is very tiny, or the figure is quarter-scale. Most likely the whole picture is a Photoshop compilation. There will probably be a hiccup of hurrahs that will shortly become burps of indigestion. Here's the pic:
