Don't small things usually get cast in white metal to prevent air bubbles?
Have you tried grey matter miniature in UK.

yeah I know lonnie, he's real good and does most of our stuff - but he doesn't like small things, which is why I am here :)
 
You can set up a pressure casting system for around $200, great for molding and casting small stuff.
