Mold for a neckles head

Hi guys! I just finished sculpting a head, but this one is neckless and I have already done a hole in it to fit the body, but while searching tutorial for making the mold, I found 2 ways of making a mold

But I couldn't find the way to make a mold for a neckless head and a hole, so I hope you can help me please
