finally got the shipping notice from ssc....monday it is. bat-pod is ready and waiting for ms kyle.

Somebody got a hold of my credit card info awhile back and tried to run up a bunch of purchases. Needless to say, I had to cancel my card and get a new one. I forgot to update it on SS so they ran my old one which of course was declined. Now I have to wait until next week for them to run it again.

I have had that happen to me once. Someone had tried to take out a payday loan (one of those hatefully extortionate short term loan things) for £500 (some $750 odd). Luckily my bank was on the job that day, compared it to my previous purchases and called me before allowing it.

I could have kicked seven shades of it out of the responsible party, I swear!

Got mine last night and again Hot Toys doesn't disappoint. I'm sure people will nit pick but it looks good on my shelf.

FYI I found it easier to slide the goggles on while holding her hair back rather than unlatching the back and putting it on which I spent 20 mins trying to do. Just be extremely careful because the goggles are super delicate!

The Bruce Wayne in the back is holding the bootleg Batman mask, the one she came with is a much better quality.

Yeah same thing happened to me. My bank caught it and froze it right away. So thankfully I didn't lose any money. The thing that sucks the most though is knowing that the majority of people who do **** like this will never suffer any consequences.

That fragility scares the crap out of me. I'm hella paranoid about it.

Its weird, this time last week I had zero interest in this figure; but after watching The Dark Knight Rises a few days ago its all ive been able to think about.

I can't believe Hot Toys regularly sell out during pre-order now.

I'd imagine you'd be able to get one in the near future. For all the divisive-ness this figure seems to bring out, I can almost guarantee someone will sell this on.

That or just sit tight on SSC's waitlist.
The next batch could come in sooner rather than later.
