The diamond ghostbusters are a lovely budget alternative for those of us who can't afford £300+ for the mez ones. They're generally robust, but do have the odd little piece that can be quite fragile as you say. Plus it's a range that really requires you to go all in to get that astonishing Rooftop diorama. (I still haven't built mine, it's massive and I'm looking for the right place to put it!)
Its true they are generally pretty nice, especially for the price. The budget, and buildable firehouse is seriously tempting. Plus the animated sets look brilliant. But gotta have those Mezcos regardless too. [emoji4]

Still look good but I cancelled my PO for these. It was definitely an impulse PO after seeing the Blitzway set and feeling the sudden need to have them in my collection.

Outfits look better than the prototypes. Not sure I really need these since I already have the Blitzway set. Plus all these Endgame preorders...

I honestly would have no clue who these guys are supposed to be without their suits on.

Stick them on some bodies with business suits and they could be random mafia guys. :lol

I think there are some plus sides to this set, but some sculpts are certainly better than others. Somehow Winston became the winning sculpt this time around, which is opposite to how it was with Blitzway. Being a huge fan of these movies, I still will go through with ordering the full set.

I’m sorry but they really dropped the ball on these. The likenesses are terrible and the zippers and stitching look awful because they’re like 1:1 scale.

A year late and they give us single jointed arms and no illumination going through the beam stream coil

C’mon Mezco for $300 plus dollars :gah:

Didn’t the first film show them using the proton packs bare handed or was that only GB2 :dunno

If so, why not include bare hands

The only times they used the packs in the first movie were for Slimer and Gozer. Both times they wore gloves. They even wore gloves in the montage scene when they had the wands in their hands. Still... no reason to not include bare hands.

Loving this set!!! They are so cool and amazing to have in this scale! Lots of cool details and lots of fun to pose!

O hope they do GB2 grey suit versions!

I got my set in today, I actually really like the set. The outfits scaled down pretty well and look nice in hand. I look forward to spending more time unboxing these.

I skipped ordering this, I found the proto/promo pics inaccurate and underwhelming. Saw in-hand photos and really wish i could afford to get the whole set. I got Stantz off ebay and this thing is nearly like my Blitzway Ray but shrunk down. This turned out way better than I originally thought, I've got quite a few Mezco figures whether DC, Marvel or something random, this one is one of their better pieces in my collection.

I was wondering, are these fragile to pose? I'm looking to get these because I hate how my Blitzway set can't be messed with without risk of breaking, I'd love a set of GB toys that I could pose and this might fit the bill if they're sturdy.
