Yeah i was pumped for those but was very disappointed with MGS2 Snake. The only Snake figs so far tha don't look like _____ was the 12' MGS3 medicoms and the 6' OldSnake "ready" fig.

And obviously Play Arts are killing it, waiting for all this is killin me even though its all coming out within a month!

Just wanted to shae some upgrades I have done on my Solid Snake.

I got rid of the horrible plastic vest and decided to make my own.
I tried to be as accurate as possible.

THe base is a police vest.

I added the shoulder pads and all the straps and buckle system.
I stitched the pec and abb on the front of the vest and added some studs here and there.

100% agreed.
The figures seem to lose a lot of detail once painted. A shame. I'd rather by the prototype unpainted versions actually.

I agree, they don't look like toys in that proto colour.
Maybe if enough of us ask they'll release grey versions.

This is what I meant. Take Solid Snake for example. The figure looked outstanding when unpainted. Well, not any more after the paint job...cause the face is way off now.
I'd choose the unpainted prototypes over the painted figures any day.
