It is indeed the Art Figure SWAT vest. I think it goes nicely for Mercer. Now if I could get one the color of Mercer's reddish/orange for his Joe custom.

Yes. It is just a iron on type sticker. Comes off with ease.

Your best bet for the vest will probably be find a tan one that looks good & dying it red...

Only way to do it, might have to do an acrylic wash as most vests are polyester... hope it works out I'm really looking forward to seeing some Mercers!
