Matt Black For Hair..

Hello everyone.

Just finishing my first headsculpt repaint. I tried to paint hair and it came off looking like an oil slick

What’s the best stuff i can use for a matt/flat look please??

liquitex black gesso is what I use for flat black. and it is a primer so its sticks well.
