I just ordered a few that I didn't own. X-Men, Wolverine, and Secret Wars. I'm not expecting to get them, but it'll be awesome if it works out.

The Ultimates Omnibus is shipping already and I bought it at $8.24 :) The rest are still there and haven't been canceled. Others who ordered more than one are getting e-mails saying 1 of their orders will be fulfilled, not the 999 or so they put in..lol.. Which is what amazon has done in the past with these types of price mistakes.

There's no mistake here? I mean, they list reg Omnibus prices (for example, Death of Cap) at $14.99. Isn't the reg price $75?

Amazon admits that this is a price mistake, but all (max of 1 per book per customer) will be honored as long as the books are in print.

Sadly, that isn't true. Orders for in print are being cancelled all over the place.
Some people aren't even getting the courtesy cancellation e-mail. Oh well.

Most people are getting just one of their orders fulfilled while the rest are being cancelled. I was a lucky one to be early enough to get some of my orders shipped already.

I got this email:

Hello,

We wanted to follow up on a recent message we sent about the cancellation of
your recent order.

To recap: Due to a pricing error, we sold many more graphic novels than
expected. In fact, we completely sold out — we don't have any in stock right
now, and we're not sure when we'll be able to get more.

We're sorry for any frustration the issue may have caused, and have applied a
$25 promotional certificate to your account.

You can use it the next time you order an item shipped and sold by Amazon.com.
You'll see your available promotional balance at checkout--this amount will be
applied to your next order automatically without entering a claim code.

I hope this helps. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Sincerely,

Customer Service
