Hasbro needs to make a 3 3/4" 2 pack face-off of Lowlight vs. Blackout.

FYI: Blackout's sister, Bombstrike was originally going to be called Bombshell but I guess they felt it was too feministic.

Yeah, I know it's Falcon's alternate head, but it matched Rock 'n Roll's so nicely that I wanted to use it for another O13 Joe.

Evil brother of Barrel Roll and Bombstrike. All 3 created during the Joe vs Cobra/Valor vs Venom and Spy Troops toy run. Very brief appearances in the Devil's Due Joe comic run.

Yeah, Blackout is a bit of a psychopath with sibling issues, which makes him a good Cobra operative.
