I'm bored. What the title says. I'll tell you what I'm looking for:

What is your favorite Hulk graphic novel? (btw, I already ordered WW Hulk, heard it was incredible).

What is your favorite Spider-man graphic novel?

And what is your favorite X-Men graphic novel?

And out of all of them, what is your favorite?

Thank you!

PS - I am looking for a novel with pretty decent art. Not looking for drawings that look like the 1970's and 1980's Wolverine comics.

Planet Hulk

Back in Black

Unsure on X-Men (maybe Eve of Destruction)

Did Marvel ever release a hardcover version (with all the issues) of Marvel Zombies? I'd buy that.

Thanks a lot guys! Got a lot of reading to do tonight! I just bought:

Planet Hulk (might have to buy that damn diorama after reading this, lol)
World War Hulk
Civil War
Fear Itself (hardcover)

Now help me again. What should I read first? lol hehe

Read Planet Hulk, then read my sig. :D

Hulk Future Imperfect. I also liked much of David's run on the Hulk. Pak gets a lot of love for his run on Hulk (he deserves it), but Peter David has written some of the best ever Hulk tales.

For the X-MEN I loved the Claremont/Byrne run. Nothing to date has topped this run for me. Some of the best comics ever made.

As for Spidey, I would go with Kraven's Last Hunt. Just an awesome read IMHO.

There's a TPB called Hulk: The End which has Future Imperfect and "The End" which was one hell of a great read though short.

Was thinking of getting this X-Men Omnibus:

I have all of the Jim Lee X-MEN issues. Some good stuff. However, IMHO nothing beats Claremont/Bryne. NOTHING! It is the very best X-MEN run ever. I can't recommend anything over it. As great a Jim Lee's artwork is the Byrne/Austin run tops it. John Byrne > Jim Lee in my book.

- Planet Hulk and all that follows.
- Civil War and definately the Cap and Iron Man stories after it. Also a must-read after Civil War is the Spider-Man Back in Black serie.
- House of M, X-Force, Cable, X Necrosha etc.

Another vote for civil war, one of my favorite reads and some of the tie in stuff was great as well from iron man and cap. I finished siege and enjoyed that to a lesser extent but is great if you are a fan of thor especially.

Just finished planet hulk and I'm a 1/4 into world war hulk... I gotta say I have a new found love for the hulk... just wandering what the next one would be to pick up after wwh?
