License for The Lord of The Rings??? (Asmus or ACI) Both?

Seems like Asmus has been pumping figures for The Lord of The Rings lately. But ACI to my knowledge only released the Ringwraith and Aragorn. Can anybody shed some light on this ?

Asmus has master rights. There was a goof up of sorts where both ACI and Asmus secured it. Asmus won out for whatever reason.

So is it safe to say ACI won't be making any more LOTR figures at all?

ACI only had the license for the two figures they released. At this point, no further word has been made as to whether or not they would pursue it further. So, it is safe to say only Asmus is making LOTR.
