Lol...I was referring to smashing up the damaged Kratos for a replacement it's pretty standard this day and age. I've gone through a few myself. One hammer is all it takes. And some of the piece take quite awhile to destroy! Kind of makes you think how it turns up broken in the first place.

Oh and I'm not a huge fan of the exclusive Kratos just my opinion. I prefer the standard edition better, but the exclusive is unique with the armour.

Yeah i was debating between normal and armored , i like them both but, im my opinion looks unique specially cause in any other statue of kratos u will see him the same , here has an armor...i would like to see him with the wings of icarus though lol

Does anyone know the dimensions of the base? I hate when companies only put the height like that's the only important dimension lol. Also is it 50 pounds as I remember hearing years ago?

I received my replacement today...wow...i have that wow-factor on my face still after i opened it 2 hrs ago... this piece is just beautiful. ...love it....even my parents they liked it hahaha love them too... im really happy with gaming heads and this product

I'm so excited to get mine. Unfortunately it's a holiday in Hong Kong so mine won't ship out until Monday at the earliest.

Man I ordered this on Thursday and it STILL hasn't shipped out from their US warehouse. Wonder why they're so slow.

Contact gaming heads....i thought they didnt ship mine but u.s. warehouse didnt sent the shipping tracking number and they are 12 hrs behind. ..so i had to wait another full day to actually know that it was sent and tracking number...

I've contacted them every 24 hours since Monday (Sunday night US, Monday morning HK). First they said it'll ship out within 48 hours. Now they're saying they think it shipped but the warehouse hasn't sent them tracking yet. Be nice if it showed up tomorrow! Haha

Yeah they did the same to me...but next following day after that they gave me a tracking number...and arrived on thrusday next week...and when i opened it again for inspection i got that wow-factor ...and everytime i see it im like...it sure was worth the wait lol

Haha that's good. They emailed me at 3am EST and said "we emailed our warehouse team. Hopefully they will get back to us before we leave for the day." They expect their warehouse team to email them back at 12am Pacific Time?! Why didn't they email their warehouse team days ago? Why can't they just let me email the warehouse team or have the warehouse team email me with an update?

Very unorganized...

They're still not giving me a damn tracking number! It's been 10 days. I've emailed them every day and every day they tell me their warehouse isn't responding basically.

Gaming Heads is truly awful. It's nearing 2 weeks now and they can't produce a tracking number. I called the US warehouse directly and they said they can't help because they don't deal with the end-client directly and can only give order information directly to Gaming Heads. This is my first order from them and it might be my last. I told them if they can't give me a tracking number within 24 hours I will be putting a hold on the payment.
