I believe Bond's suit ver 2.0 is just this one updated and improved.

The Bale head on that is just misleading - it's just to show the proportions of the suit. There is a seperate project for the Wayne suit which will be the 3 piece suit worn in TDK

When Kato wrote that, "This project is terminated..", I thought that maybe the 2.0 ver was also scrapped. Yup, know about the BW 3pc, that will be epic! But I guess that'll take time.

Frankly all i care about is the fact that Bruce Wayne suit project is next

Since this has been brought up, I recalled that Kato had listed out the order of his customs in the pipeline. This is what he said in the Joker outfit thread:

Bruce Wayne suits
T-1 leather bike jacket
Fight club red leather jacket
James Bond Royal Casino ...Tuxedo

So, I hope the bond suit might see the light of the day

About the BW 3pc suit, I am sure for you it will be the second most anticipated release of 2012 after TDKR
