Yeah, it's Leatherface. The Evil Dead 2 skull is next to him and Michael and Jason are on the other side. It wraps around. The smirk isn't always there it depends on if my arm is twisted or not.

The Shining Tattoo looks bad, but it's been touched up since then. Also some of this stuff is old and background has been added to the heads on top of the Dawn of the Dead 04' tattoo.
