Why doesnt Hot Toys just use the magnetic head/neck post in all their figures? I wouldnt mind paying a small bit more. Sorry if this topics been covered

I don't know, and I'm not sure anyone here has inside knowledge from HT about it, so. . .let's just say "cost concerns" and leave it at that. I'm sure most folks would be fine with magnetically attached heads, but maybe not? *in Ron Burgundy voice*
