i still dont get what the big changes they did that caused all this problems and downtime, all i see is some frontend ui differences. Seriously does the tech dept not have a QA team either or test environment?

In the place where i work, if our team's web portal is down for more than 5 mins, people will get shown to the door and we are not even client facing like sideshowtoy.com Meanwhile those guys casually sit around let their website down for 40+ hrs right after a scheduled release.

fail :slap

The website seems to be more geared towards moving items that are sitting around, and one thing that I miss in particular is just a simple option of what is in-stock right now. I don't want to have to search under license, "out the door in 24," etc; just what is in-stock.

Doesn't seem too hard? :dunno
