Iron Man Mk 3 DC Helmet disassembly

Hello all, looking for some advice from others who have disassembled the light up helmet to the DC Iron Man Mk 3. I'm looking to install permanent wiring for the electronics, but I need to install them within the helmet itself to conceal them.

Did you ever manage to do this? I was also wondering what the best way to take apart a light-up helmet, to attempt replacing the LED bulb.

I don't know how similar the WM Mark 1 head is to the Mark 3, but here's some pics of mine taken apart to swap in a pink LED. I used a smooth screwdriver inserted below the bottom seam of the light visor to pry the top and bottom apart. The upper shell pops off first, then you can separate the main halves.
