Ikea Pax wardrobes

Does anyone use the Ikea Pax Wardrobe Frames and Shelfs to display collectibles. If so, does it support the weight of larger statues?

someone has posted heaps of info on PAX but I cannot for the life of me remember where it is and the search thread isn't working. I think its somewhere in the BESTA thread somewhere if you want to scroll through that.

I think the shelves hold quite a bit
