What makes a good set up to me is what is shown here. The pieces are not overcrowding each other and there is not a lot of the same $#%!, one awesome pred collectible and so on.

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If the purpose of your hobby is to make a museum, then the above type setup is the most visually appealing. For me, the fun in collecting is getting new stuff to add to my collections all the time. I collect Sideshow along with $12 Neca figures! This makes my collections cluttered and junky. However, I would be bored with having only one collectible for a movie, even if it was the best available collectible at the moment.:D
 
What about the kind with glass covers like at comic book stores?? Any ideas on where to find those? I like what IKEA has so i'll check 'em out, thanks for the feedback guys!
