So the new version shares the same building mold as the previous version. I just used the cutter to shape the stick slightly thinner and the problem solved.

Nope, once BBTS charge your card, that's it is my understanding. What you can do though is have the amount transferred to store credit.

I just thought that if they have charged you, they are probably wrapping it up right now...
Send them an email with your order number. You never know. You might get lucky.
