Yes it is. I've now got him on a long pair of foot pegs (as recommend by Rory) and that's rectified the problem now.
How did you do that? What foot pegs did you use?

They were just a normal pair of long foot pegs. I pulled the short ones out of the boots, put the long ones into the legs and pushed them back into the boots.

OMG!!! i want this figure but i want the Man of Steel too, but only can buy one of both, what do you think guys? Man of Steel or The Crow? i can't stop thinking about it!!! 
Then again, if you miss out on MOS this time around, HT will be revisiting him again in BvsS in 2015 or 2016.
New HT scare tactics: "You better buy this figure now cause if you wait for the improved version you might get Robert Carlyle instead mwahahaha!"
Shameless plug but I have one of these brand new in hand in UK to sell right now for $185.
This deserves a place in my collection and will again but I am just in dire need of funds.

He is still a few weeks away from hitting over here but I'm really looking forward to it despite the negative feedback on the body and clothes. I will just swap out the foot pegs, find a good pose and then display him looking badass.

has anyone gotten shipping notices from sideshow yet? seems they are popping up in lots of american review sites, pre ordered on day 1 for me but havn't had a notice yet
Processing on the 29th...when it ships is anyone's guess.
Sucks we wont have this in hand till feb though.
