i know...so subjective...really meaningless ... I think it looks like Bale. Good enough for me- bought. Done.

Honestly, the only thing that I think needs to be improved would be his chin, his eyes could maybe use some refining, but it's one of the best Bale heads that I've seen. Second only to the DX12 IMO.

Guessing that is one huge Batman figure. I'll probably stick to my Dark Knight Rise 1/6 Batman I have on pre-order since he is half of what this one costs. Love the detail though on him its really amazing.

Wish it had an open mouth option as well. Just doesn't look right the way it is. He has the mouth open alot in the movie a bit.

Was it the Enterbay Batman Begins 1/4 that nailed that look?

hmm it doesn't seem to be as "fit" and "slim" as the batman seen in the movies. seems a big too thick in the shoulder pads and arms. this may be the difference between me buying the EB 1/4 or this one.

your right basically, but there's one thing your forgetting. Now, I'm primarily a 1/4 statue collector, but have we seen any movie Batman statues that look this good? And if SS does do them, would they offer more then these do in paint and switch out options? Prolly not..........

I'm not saying they don't look good. These things always look good.
But from a perspective of what they are made of and what not, I prefer a nice heavy solid piece statue. I don't need switch out options. Just a great pose and iconic look and feel.

I love this figure/toy, don't get me wrong. But also, I don't want my Batman statue to represent just one version of him from a movie with one actor. I prefer the PF, because of the comic origins and just general classic Batman look. If I get that, that covers the icon known as Batman for me, and that's all I need.
