PRO TIP:

ALL (and I really mean all of them) glued pieces will come out if you heat up the are with the blow dryer. Furthermore, the heat can also be used to released stubborn pegs.

I once had I a peg break and leave the connecting piece inside the arm. I thought all was lost until I heat the tip of the arm and released with small pliers. No damaged.

Always remember this.
 
I'll probably end up making a mold of my original head to get that perfect helmet part and just use the rubber parts from this one.

The ebay seller is really trying to entice people to buy the Chris Evans headsculpt. :lol Thought this picture was worth a mention, the outfit looks pretty nice though. :clap

Removing the helmet has become a lot more complicated than I first expected. I pretty much ruined it trying to get it off. It's really glued on well. You literally have to pry the helmet away from the back of the head where it's slotted in and away from the face where it's heavily glued.
