I think since Marvel and Co planned very well for the Avengers, Hot Toys should do somthing very smart and try and get the figures done around the same time as the films release.

You know so many fans, including me, will buy the Series or some figures around when you see the film, to get hype! It be a great way to promote buzz for the film! I would buy Modern Cap right now, i dont even need to see the Avengers film to want him!! Hot Toys seems to be stepping there game up, lets see if they can crank this line out ASAP!

the Modern Cap Uniform is awesome. The zipper doesn't bother me any and I can't wait to own this version of Cap. Hoping Red Skull is announced later this week to keep this line moving along.

Nah I don't think so.
Just look at those boots and gloves - pretty cheap.
I'm not saying it's awful in any case - on the actor and in the frame it will looks awesome

I just got the Art Book today. The film makers picked the right costume. They had some nice concepts but the one picked by far is the best. I cannot for this figure.
