The reason is b/c sideshow hasn't gotten their second stock that also goes out to retailers yet either. I'm still waiting on my replacement box from SS

Speaking of boxes, my second one, which came rom BBTS is perfect.

Makes me wonder if there isn't something to the whole double boxing thing...

Speaking of boxes, my second one, which came rom BBTS is perfect.

Makes me wonder if there isn't something to the whole double boxing thing...

While normally I would agree that there is, but my brown shipper was and still is in perfect condition, no dents, no punctures or anything.

Something had to of happened by either customs or over in HK with how my box was ripped. I mean almost every edge is ripped, with the side panels dented. the only thing holding it together was the magnetic flap.

Hey Zach did you modify your eyelids?

I did not sir.

I was actually pleasantly surprised to see how black they were. The thing is, when people take super up close macro shots of one eyeball, they look way to flesh toned. In hand, barely noticeable. It's all in the PERS position as well. If you know how to use it, you CAN get good results from figures with ****ed up eyes.

I still hate PERS though.

I'm a bit luck as well, since my cabinet's lights kind of hides his eyes. But you won't notice the flesh tones unless your holing him right next to your face.

Short rayon from lforgino is the most accurate I'd say. He uses the actual hero template from the movie. I do like Tonys and has more things to it which make it pretty neat but I'm still a sucker for accuracy, so I'd choose lforginos

I spoke with customer service about when they are expecting to get their second shipment in at the end of December. They told me on or around the 3rd of January. I guess in Hot Toys/Sideshow language that means anywhere between Jan 3 and Jan 31 LOL!

I am in the same boat, still waiting on mine too

My eye mod is on the first page of Maglor's customisation thread, I sculpted eyelids, but kept some of the fleshy corners of the eye.
looks best that way IMO.
