I've been wanting to take the batteries out of all my IM figures.
Just been worried I might scratch or break something in the process. :(

Remove them, your iron men will suffer internal damages :gah: :lol

The pic in my previous post seems to have been lost in picture push,
here it is again :D new batteries = awesomeness :yess:

Awesome pic man! :clap

Again, I'm so pleased that I own one of these little masterpieces. :rock

:hi5: Hot Toys really does this well, in spite of some faults

Have the panties turned pink, or is that from lighting?

Hot Toys needs to do something about that.

It's much less noticeable in person, and im pretty sure it hasnt gotten worse ever since.
It's already like that the moment i opened it :(
HT needs to fix this issue in future Iron Man releases

Looks great! I need to do that some time. Do you have a link for the batteries you used?

Also, what's "picture push"???

Take 'em out Centurion! Don't worry about breaking anything, the only slightly nervous part for me was the neck post batteries 'cause I wasn't sure at the time whether the head was separate from the neck. But leaving those things in there over time is risky.

That's the fear I have. Leaving them in could potentially damage the contacts.

Thanks bro. I'll try to get around to it this weekend.

Thankfully my Mark VI does not have pink panties...yet...but I think I would have seen some discoloration by now

I bought the batteries in a local watch store that repairs watches,
i dont anymore have the packaging and I already forgot what the brand is :( sorry mate

I think as long as you dont use the stock batteries, you'll be fine

picture push is an online high-res photo storage,
my account somehow crashed and lost some pics i recently uploaded :slap
