Love the pics sooo much

hottoyscollector, u should put gatling gun on WM, he's kinda dull w/o it.

Hey we all have to start somewhere!!! keep that PS handy, if it breaks or if youre ready to upgrade to a dslr, you can trade that camera for a dslr for a good discount through the canon loyalty program. :panic:

I didn't know they had a loyalty program, thanks for the info, I'll definitely keep that in mind! :hi5:

Wow.
Just . . . WOW!!

Fantastic photography, man! :yess:

Fragile...
Innovative waist design...
my copy suffers from :
paint peel on neck connector...
missing one heel armour...

Yeah, the heel armor on my Mk. III BD is very loose and will fall off if the foot is posed into it's extreme position. Thankfully I at least still have the part.
Sorry to hear yours is missing. That's a rather obscure part to replace, but see if you can find one on ebay.

Awesome.
Are they covering the shipping costs?

Emphasis on slow and unresponsive.... One reply (redirecting responsibility) after 10 days, still hopping/waiting for a favourable reply.

Illogical for me to ship the entire figure back for essential a very small detachable piece.

Yeah, it was kind of a rushed session...but whenever i get more free time, will definitely put the little bells and whistles! thank you!

Its been awhile since i posted something or looked around here. But it looks like more and more people are getting their orders shipped! or at least confirmed!!! :hi5: I know the wait is killer, but its worth it!

Here are some more snaps to tide you over.....or kill you with anticipation! :nana: hahahaha!

All shots were taken with a canon 40d with the 17-40 L lens.

Good to see some common sense shine through the thick fog of obsessive-compulsive that descends all to often on these boards.

Can't say I'll be as good about it when I get mine in hand and discover this defect. But I'll try to follow your example Oh Wise One.

How come the people that got this in the beginning of December didn't notice the chipped paint and flaw on the back?

I don't know if i'm the first one to notice it, but the chipped paint application is supposed to be there. If you'll take a closer look to the official prototype pictures, you will see that the chipped paint is there as well (mostly at the feet and shoulder armor). Maybe not as excessive, but i'ts there. And that's movie accurate, because when the Mark IV suit first appears in the movie at the award show and his suit get's taken off you will see that the paint is scratched off in some ereas. So after all it isn't a production flaw, but it's supposed to be like this (except for the neck flaw).

Sorry for my English, but i'm from Amsterdam in The Netherlands, and furthermore this is my first post.

Greets Philip.

Also might want to check out the SS Mark VI Maquette thread, once you see that quality then you just appreciate how this turned out even more.
