DX Luke is supposed to come out in May as far as I know. This should come out well before him.
I think it's coming out in March because I have this as a flex pay and the first installment doesn't happen until January 15th. That would mean it would come out around March 15th. At least that's what I'm assuming will happen.
I hope Bats is still coming out in Feb.
Using flexpay pushes a persons delivery date a month later than normal doesn't it? So that would mean Feb. is a go for Bats.

Well, I'm kinda asking. I could swear I read flexpayers write that they had to wait the extra month until the final flexpay goes thru before they got their figure. I've never flexpaid so...
I do hope this is coming in february. But wouldn't we have already seen in hand pics from HK by now if it was coming in Feb from SS? Unless this is like the DX Indy release where SS releases it at the same time it's released in HK. that would be awesome

BTW, as soon as I realized that flexpay meant waiting longer for the item I called up Sideshow and payed for that Gandalf PF in full!

yea i remember you pulling the plug on the Gandalf flexpay
I think flexpay would make the wait for the figure feel even longer for me.

usually when you flexpay an item the last payment is due more or less when ss will release the fig and when its released before you get an email asking if you want the figure early or just wait for the last payment to clear whenever its due.

FYI flexpay works like this scheduled date payment each month ,and when item arrives in warehouse you can pay off no earlier...not before they get in , and will ship 5 days after last payment ..sorry but i like flex pay and helps out people who cant afford a huge bill right away.....

Hi! I have a question regarding BigBadToyStore.com. I've pre-ordered DX08 & DX09 there but I'm a little worried that I wont get them. Just some week ago I saw that the Batsuit Begins figure had the status "Pre-order - Sold out". Is this a common problem on this site? I've never pre-ordered from BBTS before so I dont know..

"Pre-order-Sold out" means they aren't taking any more pre-orders for something. It's not a problem unless you missed pre-ordering the item entirely and BBTS was your last hope. You should be fine, but sometimes BBTS does get Hot Toys figures later than other online retailers.

For me, this hobby is funded out of expendable income so it makes little sense to spread payment out over time. I honestly don't know why I flexed that Gandalf PF in the first place...

I use BBTS all the time and I have both the Batman and Joker on PO with them too, you dont need to worry. Regarding the PO sold out means that they have reached their max on PO of allocated stock that they are getting in, and only if by chance someone cancels their PO will the Sold Out sign change for you to grab one.
For example I asked about getting more of the Sideshow Boba Fett in to PO and this was their reply.
Sorry we can't get more of this one.
