I just can't see them moving onto T1 before T2 is completely milked dry, and it's not.

Unless they only have plans for 1 figure for T1. Though I would love a updated version of Kyle Reese, for some reason I feel he it's not going to happen. Working on it for years? Best Artist? If it's not T1, then def Superman. They are making a big deal for this one. Plus we're still in their 10th anniversary? If they have been preparing this for years, can not be any of their new licenses.

I will make my prediction as saying it will be a Reeve's Superman and before anyone chews me up, listen to me. Reeves Superman was announced on a Hot Toys Catalog as a MMS, along with Tron. Then it started to disappear and Tron was made as a official announcement and shown in SDCC or somewhere can't remember. The HT FB has been flooded with Superman request, Now they say that there will be two newly developed head sculpts made by the strongest artist cast ever. Look at the images below and tell me that they aren't different.

Finally, they have been planning this for years, not months and with T2 line starting, and the T1 line out, it wouldn't be a T-800 especially after they had the T-800 Battle Damaged out as a first collectible, It is Superman. Such an icon can't be put down. I will cry if it ain't him.. This suspense is killing me.

Just looking at their history. I can't think of a time when they made a figure from 1 film in a series while putting out figures from another. Aliens have always been handled 1 movie at a time, Predator movies, even Terminator, they started MMS with T1, they did Salvation, when Salvation was done they moved onto T2, I don't expect them to move onto T1 until T2 is wrapped.

I would love that choice. This sounds mad but a few months ago I was in touch with a licencing agent about the possibility of Total Recall figures. He said several companies are vying for the rights. Imagine HT put out a figure of Quaid from the fat lady scene, with two heads, both with PERS, from when he lifts off the mask. Left field choice or what?

I would leave myself with no choice but to buy an Arnie Douglas Quaid figure. His normal clothes would have to be included though.

I agree with ya there but there are some very rare occasions, mostly in their alien and predator lines. I believe kane and dallas came out then the alien 3 dog alien, and then came back to Alien with the big chap. With predator they did the predator 2 then went to predator (also AVP-R if you want to count that) and came back to predator 2 with the guardian.

I don't really know if you can count the guardian scenario but meh...

like I said very. rare. occasions.

I also agree that they will likely finish the T2 line before moving on to T1

Technically T1 was started well before T2. They moved on to T2, not the other way around.
