Exactly that. I've done it a couple of times. Usually just an item of clothing, but with Batman, I had to destroy the entire body.

Actually I think I had to get a replacement boot for my MOS Superman as mine was broken at the ankle. I remember getting the boot and that was all, I wasn't asked to destroy it probably because it was just a boot and not the whole body.

Yeah. It depends on what the issue is. Small item of clothing or a tiny accessory, they don't tell you to destroy it if they could separate it. A whole body is a different story.

Has anyone bought one of the recast sculpts of this figure on ebay ...and if so how does it look on the MOS body.

That looks great but isnt the recast meant to be smaller?

Thanks man....with everything coming it would save me a few quid to buy that sculpt....i actually really like the MOS body and in no rush to replace but the new sculpt looks great

Here are pics of the $30 bootleg head on the MOS body, with a couple of side by side size comparisons with the HT MOS head. The MOS head only seems bigger due to his big hair. Everything else lines up on the BVS head and the bootleg.

I just made it myself.
The real prize is the one i had laser cut. I always meant to cast it for sale, but never got around to it. If there was interest, i could perhaps get to it now.
I had the MOS Hope glyph and the Zod one made, both a sufficient size to fit a few in a detolf. In the pics below, the silver panel is a detolf glass shelf.

Yeah it's a standard C-Clamp that's used. Won't be a problem at all. Be mindful however that it will leave a mark on the suit.

Oh yeah...I know. Saw that someone was selling the base off ebay and was wondering if that pole would work on there. The MOS stand is HUGE in my display case and I think the BvS is smaller...right?

Buckled down and picked up the BVS Supes from my LCS after discovering he'd sold out online. Beautiful figure and the headsculpt has really grown on me.

To those who've had him for a few months now, how does his suit fare after bending him at his knees, elbows, or hips? I had one knee at a slight bend for a few hours and then posed the leg straight. At first, the suit felt a little baggy around the area, but eventually tightened back to how it was before.
Will that always happen? Or is there a "point of no return" where if you keep him in the same pose for weeks or months, his suit won't go back to its tight fit after straightening the joint?

Anyone had any luck with their zavvi order? I ordered it when it was in stock then an hour later it goes out of stock so I'm not sure they will actually fulfil the order but we will see.
