I disagree. The way that sleeve folds? That's rubber. Compare it to this:

EDIT: So far my DX09 is okay. If HT makes the suit similar to DX09's. I'm fine. But we know that HT can be a hit-or-miss, and that through these years they still haven't found the prefect rubber to use for their figures, case in point the new ED 209.
