I'd be interested in seeing whether they actually do get these in when they say they are. It still seems unlikely as why modelzone would be getting them before any other uk retailer.

If they do though and theres stock i'll cancel my po with fp and snap one up!

They are a chain of stores and from what I understand they are deadly serious about being proper Hot Toys seller.
So don't be surprised if they do.

I personally have heard many a horror story about FP and Hot Toys.

I got my batpod for fp.com it was fine. Fp.co.uk people got money taken out of their accounts and by hackers so avoid .co.uk
