Nice job Ron. I still can't wrap my head around how those heads are resized like that. Its probably a simple process but it's beyond my comprehension I guess. haha

I love your imagination and vision for each of your Dio's! I always seem to only think of Tatoonie or Dagobah when I am making one and your Dios are so creative and original. Thank you once again for all the inspiration!

Hi All,

Finished this last out for a client, she wanted to keep Phasma articulated and unpainted so she's built straight out of the box with the eception of the cloth cape which was altered a little to fit better.

The base is made from balsa wood and the gound work is a mix of sand and spakfilla. The stones are cut from high density foam and I used a piece of sand stone to simulate the stone look.

Hi All,

While I was waiting for the ground work to dry on a commission 1/12 scout/speeder dio I decided to put togther the Bandai 1/144 X-wing. Once it was put togther I painted and weathered it using Vallejo paints and then I did the base which is two 1/72 Death Star tiles from Bandai, I added balsawood sides and painted and weathered the base using Vallejo paints.

Hi All,

Completed this for a client.

The Scout and Speeder are from Bandai and I painted and weathered everything using Vallejo paints and chalk pastels.

The figure has had cloth added to cover the joints to allow it to still be articulated.

The base is done with high density foam and then spakfilla mixed with paint and PVA glue was spread across the base. Before spakfilla was dried I got a dead branch form the garden and pressed it into the base.

Once the ground layer was dry I then used potty mix and glued it to the base and the small plants and ferns are plastic and I got them from the local craft store and JoeFixit.
