Has anyone ever experienced with giantoy customer service?

I have a package that hasn’t been picked up from the DHL e-commerce for a week now, I called DHL and they said that the post office has it, but when I contact the post office, they say they have yet to receive it.

I’m pretty much going to bet that’s it’s lost.
 
Haven’t had much interactions with their CS being cancelling a preorder but they responded super quick and were very helpful. Shipping issues is always a challenge with international orders since the package changes hands so many times before final delivery. Knock on wood, I’ve yet to have a package from them lost. Overly well packed (they used those plastic corner protector things) and clear labels used.
 
I've only had great experiences with GianToy so far, but I am fairly new to them. It takes a full day for them to respond to emails for me, but they always do.
